Why did you move to a single day event and stop TDW-Live?

Larger industry events and exhibitions have their place, but they are not always delivering educational, valuable presentations you can take back to work and put into practice.

Those formats usually need sponsors to stay viable. We do not. This day is delegate and knowledge first. If vendors wish to support, that is welcome. If they do not, the event will still be a success.

Are there still free MoD / defence spaces?

Yes. Places are held for MoD and defence customer staff at no charge, but numbers are limited, so early registration of interest is recommended.

Do you know when registration for this event will open?

Our target is Q2 2027, when we will publish ticket prices and registration information.

It says Bristol area. Do you know yet where it will be exactly?

Over the years we have used the same venue. We are using this opportunity to look at possible alternatives, and no fixed decision has been made yet.

Is this now the only event you will run a year?

The short answer is: maybe. We are considering running this event in other geographies too.

Who is this for?

People who acquire, implement and operationalise Integrated Product Support data.

That typically means programme and commercial staff, engineers and authors, data managers, and defence customer representatives who care about the outcome.

Can vendors attend or get a table?

Yes. Vendors belong in the room, and a limited number of tables will be available for suppliers who want to meet delegates properly.

Get in touch early if you want one. The programme stays independent, so a table gets you presence, not a speaking slot.

How big is the room?

Deliberately small. Numbers are kept limited so the conversation stays useful and everyone can take part.

What is included in a ticket?

Every ticket includes refreshments through the day, lunch and a delegate pack. Online tickets are for remote live-stream access, and post-event recordings are available separately. Is the Briefing included in every ticket?

No. The Briefing is part of the whole-day ticket. The Masterclass and Sessions only ticket starts from the Masterclass and runs through Sessions and close.

Will there be sales pitches?

No. This day is independent and delegate-funded. The programme is built for useful conversation, not product theatre.

What happens when I register interest?

We add you to the interest list and contact you when registration and ticket prices open. Our target for that is Q2 2027.

No spam. No sales sequence.

Can I suggest a topic or speak?

Yes. If you have a topic the room would benefit from, or you want to be considered as a speaker, get in touch through register your interest or email michael@techdataworld.com.

Is accommodation or travel included?

No. Tickets cover the day itself, including refreshments, lunch and the delegate pack. Travel and accommodation are arranged by each delegate.

Can I get a certificate for my attendance?

Yes. We issue attendance certificates via our own IPS Training website certification system.

Will the event be live streamed or recorded?

The intention is yes. We want an online ticket for people who wish to join remotely, and a post-event recordings ticket for people who want the content afterwards. Both are delivered via our IPS Training website.
